At BEFUNA, everything is made on demand - which means no stock, no waste, and every product is made just for you. Because of that, our returns and refund policy is a little different from typical retail stores. Here’s what you need to know:
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Because everything we make is printed on demand just for you, we can’t cancel, edit, or accept returns once your order is placed. As soon as it’s submitted, it heads into production - fast!
This means we also do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons like : ordering the wrong size or color, buyer’s remorse or change of mind.
We don’t hold inventory or restock items, and that’s part of our commitment to staying eco-friendly and waste-free.

If you notice a mistake right after placing your order, email us ASAP at info@befuna.com - we’ll do our best to help, but we can’t promise changes once production has started.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
We’ve got your back. If something’s off - damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered - contact us within 30 days of receiving your item with clear photos showing the issue and your order number. We’ll make it right with a reprint or refund.
Important : Requests beyond 30 days from delivery won’t be eligible.
CUSTOM ARTWORK & DIGITAL PRODUCTS
If your order includes a custom design or digital file :
- Once we’ve started work, full refunds are not possible.
- Delivered digital files are non-refundable.
We offer online proofing and revisions before production to ensure you’re happy with your design.
EU CUSTOMER RIGHTS & LEGAL WAIVER
If you’re located in the EU, you’re normally entitled to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. However:
- This does not apply to made-to-order or personalized goods, in accordance with Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
- In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, by placing your order, you explicitly agree to the immediate production of your item and waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once production begins.
This consent is requested and recorded at checkout via an explicit acceptance checkbox, in compliance with EU regulations.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Please note that unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delays beyond our control, but we’ll always try to inform you of any known issues. The delivery times listed on our website are average estimates, and while some orders may arrive faster, others can take longer.
During busy seasons like Christmas, Valentine’s Day, or other holidays, production and shipping times may be affected due to increased demand. So don’t leave your orders to the last minute - we’d hate for your gift to arrive fashionably late!
