At BEFUNA, we create every product with care, creativity, and good vibes - then hand it over to our trusted print partners to get it to you. We can’t control the mail trucks, but we can keep you in the loop while your order travels to your doorstep.

WHERE DO WE SHIP ?

All our products are made to order and produced locally whenever possible, to reduce shipping times and our environmental impact. We currently ship to the regions and countries mentioned below in the "Shipping Methods & Delivery Times", but we're working hard to expand our delivery regions. Stay tuned - more countries and regions coming soon!

PRODUCTION TIME

Since everything we make is printed on demand just for you, production usually takes 2 to 7 business days, depending on the product and the production partner involved.

Please note that production starts shortly after you place your order, so it's best to double-check everything before confirming.

SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

Shipping time depends on the method selected and the destination. Not all methods are available for every product, so the best options will appear during checkout. Here are the typical timelines for the most common products :

USA

  • Economy: 4-8 business days
  • Standard: 2-5 business days
  • Express: 2-3 business days

EUROPE

  • Standard (Local delivery): 2-6 business days
  • Standard (EFTA / Northern Europe): 5-15 business days
  • Standard (Rest of Europe): 5-10 business days

UNITED KINGDOM

  • Standard: 2–5 business days

CANADA

  • Standard: 2-5 business days

AUSTRALIA

  • Standard: 3-6 business days

NEW ZEALAND

  • Standard: 5-10 business days

OTHER COUNTRIES

  • Standard: 10-30 business days

PEAK SEASONS & HOLIDAYS

During peak times like Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Black Friday, and other holidays, production and shipping may take longer due to high demand.

We always recommend placing your order early during these seasons to avoid delays.

MULTIPLE PRODUCTS IN ONE ORDER

Sometimes your items may arrive in separate parcels, especially if they're coming from different production partners. But don’t worry - everything is on its way to you!

As soon as you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to check your order status.
