At Befuna, every design is individually created by real humans. Our team uses a mix of artistic skills, digital tools, and a splash of madness to dream up designs that you won’t find anywhere else. Everything is built from scratch to give you something authentic, expressive, and made with purpose.
Our designs live on premium t-shirts, hoodies, sweaters, and more, all created to uplift, entertain, and help you show the world who you are.

We carefully select high-quality, well-made products, not only because they're softer, better fitting, and longer-lasting, but also because they're produced ethically and sustainably. That means sweatshop-free, eco-conscious manufacturing, and a smaller footprint on this lovely planet we all share.
Sure, we could save a few bucks using cheaper products… but we’d rather give you something you’ll actually want to wear (or gift, or hug, or frame). Because when it feels good, lasts longer, and does less harm - that’s a win-win-win.

At BEFUNA, we use print-on-demand, which means we only make what’s actually ordered - no overproduction, no dusty warehouses full of unsold stuff, and no wasteful bulk printing that ends up in clearance bins (or worse, landfills).
By printing only when you click “buy,” we save water, energy, and materials - and we avoid the sad fate of mass-produced fashion that never finds a home. It’s a smarter, greener way to create, and you can feel good knowing your order wasn’t part of a mountain of leftovers.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PRODUCE MY ORDER ?
We know you want your awesome order yesterday - we totally get it. But since each item is made just for you (like a pizza, but with more cotton), production takes a little time - usually 2 to 7 business days.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER ?
Easy! As soon as you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to check your order status.
If you created an account at checkout, you can also log in to BEFUNA page anytime to track your order like a pro.
Either way, we’ll keep you in the loop every step of the way - no detective work required.
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER ?
Our print machines get to work faster than you can say “BEFUNA” - so once you place your order, it dives straight into production. That means we can’t cancel it after the fact.
Why? Because we’re proudly print-on-demand - every item is made just for you, which helps us reduce waste and avoid warehouses full of products that nobody wants. It’s our way of keeping things eco-friendly, thoughtful, and far from fast-fashion landfill drama.

We know you want it fast - we do too (but sadly, we haven’t mastered teleportation… yet). You know good things take a tiny bit of time.
We offer several shipping options, depending on the product. Here are the typical timelines for the most common products :

- Economy: 4–8 business days
- Standard: 2–5 business days
- Express: 2–3 business days
EUROPE
- Standard (Local delivery): 2-6 business days
- Standard (EFTA / Northern Europe): 5-15 business days
- Standard (Rest of Europe): 5-10 business days
UNITED KINGDOM
- Standard: 2–5 business days
CANADA
- Standard: 2-5 business days
AUSTRALIA
- Standard: 3-6 business days

Some shipping options may only apply to certain products - but either way, your awesome delivery is on its way!
During peak times like Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Black Friday, and other holidays, production and shipping may take longer due to high demand. We always recommend placing your order early during these seasons to avoid delays.

I ORDERED MULTIPLE PRODUCTS, WILL THEY ARRIVE TOGETHER ?
Most of the time, your goodies get along so well, they travel together in one happy parcel. But other times, they take separate routes and show up in different packages. Either way, everything’s on its way to you!
DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE ?
We currently ship to the USA and most countries in Europe. Since we produce locally to keep things speedy and eco-friendly, we stick to where we can deliver with care. But don’t worry, we’ve got our eyes on the rest of the world… coming soon!
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT ?
We accept all major debit and credit cards - Visa, Mastercard, American Express, you name it, and and express checkout options like Apple Pay and Google Pay. PayPal’s welcome too! Plus, depending on where you’re shopping from, you might see some local payment options pop up just to make life easier.
WHAT'S THE CURRENCY USED AT CHECKOUT ?
Your payment will be processed in the local currency, depending on where you’re shopping from: United States Dollars (USD $), Euros (EUR €), British Pounds (GBP £), Swiss Francs (CHF), Australian Dollars (AUD $), Canadian Dollars (CAD $), or New Zealand Dollars (NZD $). More currencies will be added in the future. No pirate gold, Monopoly money, or ancient Roman coins are accepted.
RETURNS & REFUNDS

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM ?
Because we print-on-demand all items are made just for you - which means we don’t accept returns or size swaps if you ordered the wrong size, color or you simply changed your mind. But don’t worry - our size guide in each product is your best friend.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ?
We’ve got your back. If something’s off - damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered - contact us within 30 days of receiving your item with clear photos showing the issue and your order number. We’ll make it right with a reprint or refund.
